Washington Mutual to Vacate 400 E. Main Office as City Moves In

The City of Stockton has acquired its future City Hall in downtown Stockton, paying $35 million for the Class A office building at 400 E. Main St. Washington Mutual Inc. sold the property for $142 per square foot.
