A fund under management by Dallas-based RSF Partners has teamed with funds managed by San Francisco-based Farallon Capital Management LLC and Greenfield Partners LLC of South Norwalk, CT, to create a land development joint venture to purchase properties from a subsidiary of Dallas-based homebuilder Centex Corp.
