David Yurman Signs $25M Lease for Manhattan Flagship Gene Meer, president of Manhattan's NAI Friedland Realty, represented both the landlord and tenant in securing a new flagship store location for jewelry designer David Yurman. The $25 million aggregate lease deal was signed for a 7,000-square-foot space at 712 Madison Avenue, in the Plaza District of Manhattan. Yurman plans to relocate from its current address at 729 Madison to this new store, which is scheduled to open October 2008.
