Quarter of Dutch Offices Do Not Meet Future Sustainability Requirements

A quarter of Dutch office space is not sustainable, according to a recent research report by Colliers International. The property consultant warns that many landlords need to upgrade their offices to energy efficiency ratting C or better before 1 January 2023. The research, published last week, has sparked a debate about the figures and the enforcement of the new rules.
