Baum Revison Group LLC, a Chicago-based real estate development company, and Northpond Partners, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, purchased the former mattress factory turned brewery and office at 550 Vandallia Rd. in Saint Paul, Minnesota, for $13.8 million, or about $67 per square foot, from First & First LLC.
