CRG, the real estate development arm of St. Louis-based Clayco with more than 2.7 million square feet of completed developments in the Greenville-Spartanburg area, has begun site work for the first building in a new industrial park it plans to build in Spartanburg County after buying a 186-acre tract in the Fort Prince industrial corridor last August.
