The city council of Anaheim, California, has approved a $150 million cash sale of Angel Stadium to Los Angeles Angels owner Arte Moreno, keeping the Major League Baseball team in the city for the long term as the city and team look to eventually develop new mixed-use commercial elements near the ballpark.
