Sperry Van Ness Pays $4M for Chennault Business Center

Harkinson Investment Corp. Sells 57,373 SF in Carrollton

Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness purchased the 57,373-square-foot building at 2033 Chennault Drive in Carrollton, TX, from Dallas-based Harkinson Investment Corp. for $4.17 million, or about $72.50 per square foot, with a cap rate of 6%.
