American multinational aerospace and defence company Northrop Grumman has appointed broker JLL to review its UK offices and launch a feasibility study for a major headquarters in the South of England.
The group, which has locations in London and Cheltenham, will consider options for up to 120,000 square feet along the M3 and A3 motorway corridors. It could also stay in its present locations.
Norhtrop Grumman is one of the world's largest weapons manufacturers and military technology providers.
Its locations in the UK are a European headquarters and centre for business development activities, cyber and intelligence at Clareville House on Oxendon Street in London, and an advanced cyber technology centre and shared services in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire close to GCHQ, the country's intelligence and security organisation.
It also has bases in Chester, Coventry, Fareham, Hendon, Langley, Peterborough, RAF Waddington, Sealand and New Malden.
