Redical, the real estate owner and operator, has completed a trio of hires to boost its operational, brand and asset management capability across its portfolio.
James Edmondson becomes asset manager for Victoria Leeds, where he will focus on implementing targeted asset strategies. He has a decade of experience and joins from the Savills UK investment team.
Rebecca Hiley has joined as brand relationship manager at Victoria Leeds and has more than two decades of senior retail leadership experience, most recently as regional manager at Ralph Lauren.
Redical said she will be responsible for developing brand partnerships and working closely with occupiers to "support Victoria Leeds’ continued evolution as a leading premium retail and lifestyle destination".
Louise Boorman is appointed as tenant liaison manager at The Liberty Romford. She has worked at The Ritz London and BMW’s Sytner Group and will lead the day-to-day management of retailer liaison at the centre. Both Hiley and Boorman have been appointed by Redical’s managing agent Savills.
