Maui Land & Pineapple Co., a publicly traded real estate firm controlling over 22,000 acres of land and a portfolio of approximately 247,000 square feet of commercial real estate, appointed Ryan Panopio as chief investment officer, a newly created role aimed at overseeing capital strategy and supporting growth across the company’s land and development portfolio.
