HMZ Holdings LLC purchased a 31,752-square-foot industrial building at 900 Old Koenig Lane in Austin, TX, from Augustine Inc. The final sale price was not disclosed; however, according to the Travis County Assessor the property is assessed at $1.62 million, or approximately $51 per square foot.
