The property is on 9.02 acres at 2601 S. Malt Ave. The buyers purchased the property for investment purposes and will completely renovate the building, adding 20 loading docks to the existing 12. The approximate completion date is second quarter 2008. This facility is rail-serviced and features a secure yard with excess land.
