Moving forward, LCR will control IQL North, a plot of, as yet undeveloped, land to the north of Stratford International station. LCR will focus on diversifying the existing scheme, looking to include more residential units across the 3-acre site in line with its wider business strategy of unlocking housing development around key transport hubs.
