Salvation Army Buys Retail Center in Tucson

Organization to Also Occupy Space at 17,800-SF Property

The Salvation Army has acquired the 17,818-square-foot shopping center at 5757 N. Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ, from Ashland Group LLC for $3.5 million, or about $196 per square foot.
