LAUSD Buys Long Beach Property for $37M

School District Plans New School for Santa Fe Avenue Site

The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) purchased 4110-4130 Santa Fe Ave. in Long Beach from a private investment group for $37.5 million, or approximately $63 per square foot. The sale included a 335,500-square-foot industrial building and the 13.7-acre land parcel it currently sits on.
