TIC Partnership Sells Fully Leased San Francisco Office Bldg. for $368/SF

Litke Properties Inc., taking title as King Plaza Partners, has acquired 735 Battery St. in San Francisco for $23 million, or $368 per square foot. The seller was a tenant-in-common partnership led by Ed Hagopian of Sunset Development Co. and Carol Buck of CFB Investments.
