HEI Buys Westin St. Louis for $53.5 Million

Hotel to Benefit From $7M Renovation, Development of Ballpark Village Project Nearby

HEI Hotels & Resorts, a Connecticut-based hotel owner and operator, has acquired the 255-room Westin St. Louis from a joint venture of McCormack Baron Salazar and AIG/SunAmerica for $53.5 million, or about $210,000 per key.
