Newell Rubbermaid Inks 355,000-SF HQ Deal at New $100M Office Tower

A joint venture between Greenstone Properties, Granite Properties and Pope & Land that developed Three Glenlake, the future headquarters of Newell Rubbermaid in suburban Atlanta, agreed to sell a majority stake in the property to Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II.
