Capmark Sells Mervyn's HQ for $66.5 Million

Seller Held Property for 7 Months; Retailer Has 20 Years Remaining on Office Lease

Capmark Financial Group sold the Mervyn's office building at 22301 Foothill Blvd. in Hayward, CA, to North 3 Holdings LLC for $66.5 million, or about $198 per square foot. Capmark purchased the building only seven months ago for approximately $60 million.
