A partnership between Starwood Capital Group and Onyx Acquisition IV, a special-purpose acquisition company focused on buyout opportunities in construction technology and general industrial, has acquired a 10-building light industrial portfolio adjacent to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport for $146 million.
