Grubb & Ellis Co., an integrated real estate services provider, promoted Dylan Taylor to president of its corporate services group. Since joining Grubb & Ellis, Taylor has worked for the corporate service group for a couple of years as the executive vice president and regional managing director, which earned him his new position as the president.
