Orlando, FL-based Darden Restaurants, operator of more than 1,400 casual restaurants under banners Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones and Seasons 52; announced the successful completion of its cash tender offer to acquire the outstanding shares of Atlanta, GA-based RARE Hospitality International's common stock. With less than 10% of the shares not tendered, Darden's last step is to acquire those remaining shares.
