Related Beal Inks Major Office Lease in Boston's Kenmore Square

In one of the largest office leases signed in the city of Boston so far this year, Related Beal said it completed a 121,000-square-foot lease with Whoop at its One Kenmore Square development. The wearable health tech startup will lease all eight floors of the newly built Commonwealth Building for its corporate headquarters as well as a portion of the first-floor retail space.
