Grubb & Ellis/Harding Dahm Names New President

Firm Taps Scot Courtney to Lead Indianapolis Branch

Scot Courtney was promoted from director of retail services to president at Grubb & Ellis/Harding Dahm & Co. last month. While taking on the new responsibility of managing the firm, he will continue to lead the retail services area of the Indianapolis office. Courtney joined Grubb & Ellis/Harding Dahm in 1995. Since that time, he has completed more than 350 sale, lease and advisory transactions for the full-service commercial real estate company. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2006; CoStar Group Inc. awards the top 10 individual brokers within the Indianapolis market.
