Radius Group Makes $21.8M Purchase in Tustin

Recently Renovated Office Bldg. Sells at 90% Leased

Radius Group Commercial Real Estate purchased the 85,340-square-foot office building at 14511 Myford Road in Tustin, CA, from M2 Properties Inc. for $21.8 million, or about $255 per square foot. The capitalization rate was 6.9 %.
