Property Trades for $6M; Deal Includes Adjacent Development Parcel

Private investor William Garlock of Menlo Park, CA, acquired the office building at 3580 W. Ina Road and an adjacent two-acre parcel in Tucson for a total of $6 million, or about $218 per square foot for the building and $10 per square foot for the land.
