Investment Trio Picks Up Woodland Hills Office for $18M

Three entities, Woodland Equity LLC, James Asset LLC and Sidhal Equity LLC, bought a Woodland Hills office building from 20501 Ventura LLC, at a cap of 7%, with a down payment of $3.83 million. The sale price was $18.03 million, or nearly $229 per square foot.
