Brady Sullivan Properties, a Manchester, New Hampshire-based real estate firm founded in 1992 by partners Shane Brady and Arthur Sullivan, closed on its purchase of a vacant office campus in Dover, New Hampshire, from Liberty Mutual Holding Co. for $16.3 million.
