HR Developers purchased 1.5 acres at 700 Saluda Ave. in Columbia, SC, from Kenneth Hooks for $4 million, or about $2,666,666 an acre. The site was once a Kenny's Auto Shop, but the building has been demolished and the buyer plans to use this for a brand new Walgreens and a luxury condo building.
