Private Firm Buys Northridge Office Property

Investor Trades 12,500-SF Building for $5 Million

Reseda Halsted Partners LLC, a private investment firm, purchased the 12,476-square-foot office building at 9534-9546 Reseda Blvd. in Northridge from Seaside Investments LP. Total consideration for the sale was $5 million, or nearly $401 per square foot.
