Real estate investment trust UMH Properties recently acquired Northtowne Meadows, a community of 386 manufactured homes in Erie, Michigan, from local investor The Choice Group for $25.2 million, or approximately $65,000 per homesite. The 85-acre community at 6255 Telegraph Road was approximately 88% occupied at the time of sale.
