Rancho Murieta Lodge Partners II Sells Adjacent Bldgs. in Bowling Green Financial Park

A private investment partnership purchased the adjacent properties at 4433 Florin Road and 7171 Bowling Drive in Sacramento for $11.5 million, or about $137 per square foot, with a 7.15% cap rate. The seller was Rancho Murieta Lodge Partners II.
