Baker & Taylor Moves to Park 100 in Indianapolis

Duke Realty Negotiates Lease Deal for Large Book Distributor

North Carolina-based Baker & Taylor, one of the world’s largest book distributors, leased the entire Park 100 Building 140 at 5045 W. 79th St. in Indianapolis. The deal was signed on March 15th. Immediate occupancy took place that time. The property, totaling 504,164 square feet, is in Park 100, a premier business park in Indianapolis. The building features 32-foot clear ceiling height, ESFR sprinklers and 43-foot-by-43-foot bay spacing. It is a state-of-the-art industrial facility built in 2001, and features frontage on 79th Street. The building is owned by New Jersey-based Prudential, and managed and leased by Duke Realty.
