Charles Collier of Menlo Management and Thomas Reis teamed up to purchase Corte Madera Plaza at 21 Tamal Vista Blvd. in Corte Madera from Genaro Mendoza for $16.15 million, or about $328 per square foot, with a 7.25% cap rate.
