Mileway has sold a logistics portfolio, representing a total surface area of approximately 122,000 square metres, comprising four assets in the Paris region, and two others located in Orléans and Lille. The portfolio was acquired by a joint venture between Pictet Alternative Advisors and Arax Properties.
