Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group entered into lease renewal with Beekman Tenants Corp. for its Park Avenue Café restaurant at 575 Park Ave. It also agreed to sell to Beekman its Park Avenue Café Townhouse, a location adjacent to the Café that is used to facilitate private dining events.
