The Hill Country Galleria is experiencing a rush of leasing activity. The outdoor lifestyle center is in Bee Cave between FM 620 and Highway 71 and offers about 930,000 square feet of space. The project is being anchored by Dillard’s, which will occupy 150,000 square feet. Cinemark will open a 14-screen theatre and occupy 50,000 square feet. Other major retailers include Barnes & Noble, Ann Taylor, New York & Co., Great American Cookie Co. and Walgreen's.
