Industrial vacancy in California’s Inland Empire surpassed the national average in the first quarter of 2024, dragged upwards by supply additions and a contraction in occupancy. Tenants shed over 2 million square feet of space, logging the fourth-worst performance ever following record-setting occupancy losses two quarters prior.
