Louisville, Kentucky, is one of the fastest growing industrial markets in the region and is supported by rapid expansion in the logistics sector. Logistics inventory grew 19% over the past five years, compared to 14% for the U.S. national average overall. While large-scale warehouses and distribution facilities continue to be scooped up by logistics tenants, demand for small-bay properties remains strong, and spaces smaller than 50,000 square feet are going off the market in record time.
