Veridian Property Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Fialkow & Co., purchased the 22-building Veridian Office Park in Norcross, GA, for $6.8 million, or about $35 per square foot. Sarofim Realty Advisors sold the property on behalf of the Ohio State Teachers' Pension Fund.
