Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion of Will Schenk to director of research. In his new role, Schenk will lead research efforts across Colliers’ four South Carolina offices, directing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for more than 70 quarterly, annual, and specialty reports spanning major asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotels and land.
