Investor Purchases 328 Units in San Bernardino at a 4.57% Cap

The Capital Foresight, LP, an investment group based in Bel Air, CA, recently purchased Tuscany Apartments located at 2225 E Pumalo Street for $24.6 million, or $75,000 per unit. The apartment complex sold at a 4.57% cap rate.
