David and Grace Tung sold 12680-12686 Corral Place, Building 8, in Phase II of the Bloomfield Business Center in Santa Fe Springs, for $10.8 million, or about $108.50 per square foot. The Tungs also purchased a new facility at 2465 Fruitland Ave. in Vernon for $8.2 million, or about $91.50 per square foot. Both transactions total $19 million.
