DMP Properties Acquires Cost Plus Plaza for $29M

Private Investment Group Makes First Bay Area Acquisition

DMP Properties, a Newport Beach-based private investment group, purchased Cost Plus Plaza at 2552 Taylor St. in San Francisco for $29 million, or roughly $329.50 per square foot. The purchase is DMP Properties' first acquisition in the Bay area.
