Pima County Plans To Buy $24M Bank of America Bldg.

Potential Money Savings Motivates Office Shuffle Downtown

Pima County plans to buy the Bank of America building at 33 N. Stone in Tucson for $24.1 million, or approximately $120 per square foot. County officials said the purchase will save the county money in rent and construction costs, while allowing more courtrooms to be built in the Superior Court building and reduce the size of a future joint city/county court.
