MGM Mirage Sells Three More Sites

Primm Valley Resorts Dealt to Herbst Gaming for $400 Million

Just weeks after liquidating a pair of Laughlin based casinos, MGM Mirage (NYSE: MGM) entered into a binding agreement to sell its Buffalo Bill's, Primm Valley and Whiskey Pete's hotel-casinos in Primm, NV to Herbst Gaming Inc. Total consideration for the deal is reported to be $400 million.
