Orange County Group Sells Santa Fe Crossroads for $3.8M

Fariba Kavian, a private investor out of Los Angeles, purchased Santa Fe Crossroads shopping center in Vista for $3.76 million. The Orange County-based Santa Fe Crossroads GP sold the 19,730-square-foot retail center for approximately $190.50 per square foot.
