MGM Mirage to Deal Two Casinos

Investment Group to Acquire Laughlin Gaming Sites for $200 Million

MGM Mirage (NYSE: MGM) announced it has entered a binding agreement to sell its Colorado Belle and Edgewater hotel-casinos in Laughlin, NV to an investment group led by Anthony Marnell III, Chairman and CEO of M Resorts. Total consideration for the deal is reported to be $200 million.
