As part of a world-wide initiative to divest certain real estate assets and enter into sale-leaseback agreements, EMI Music North America agreed to sell Capitol Records Tower, a Hollywood landmark at 1750 Vine Street in Los Angeles along with certain adjacent properties, to New York-based Argent Ventures for $50 million in an all-cash deal.
